Project Overview

Auto Top-Up allows users to link a card to their account. Whenever their balance is low, the system automatically replenishes it from the selected card, preventing payment failures.

Objectives

• Ensure uninterrupted payments for users. • Simplify the user experience by automating balance top-ups. • Reduce failed transaction rates due to insufficient funds.

Role & Responsabilities

• Designed the end-to-end user flow. • Collaborated with product and engineering teams to define triggers and edge cases. • Conducted early-stage testing and validations.
