Project Overview

The merchant panel allows B2B clients to manage transactions, track payments, and access analytics. The redesign aimed to improve clarity, efficiency, and overall user experience for merchants.

Objectives

Simplify complex transaction management workflows. Improve visual hierarchy and dashboard usability. Ensure consistency across web and app platforms.

Role & Responsabilities

Conducted user research (9 SME, 3 Key Account) and competitive benchmarking. Mapped key flows and proposed updated interaction patterns. Led the technical collaboration: defined cross-platform component relationships for the Design System, created the roadmap and PRD affecting all products, and managed Design–Engineering Alignment
